Unlike some warranties, KITS really stands by theirs. My glasses, less than 6 months old, started to separate at the integrated flexible nosepiece. I used the online chat to reach an agent, who verified the warranty and immediately arranged for a replacement pair to be sent out. The original frame colour was no longer available, but I was given several suitable options. I could not be more pleased with the excellent customer service
We bought my sister progressives in May. She suffers from a TBI so her Rx is complex Kits was able to handle it no problem. Then the other day she started to get EXTREMELY frustrated and realized that there was a huge scratch right through the middle of the lenses, making it impossible to see through, I called & in 5 minutes they were sending her a replacement pair! That is exceptionally customer service!

I had an issue with a pair of progressives I had ordered; the prescription seemed to be off, and the colour was not what I had selected. The customer service rep kindly arranged to send me a replacement pair in the right colour with the prescription fixed, and he also helped me confirm my PD (thanks, Dennis!)

Glasses are low cost but KITS stand by their product. My pair broke after about 4 months but KITS replaced them for free without any hassle or push back at all.

My glasses frame broke after almost a year, and when I reached out to see if they could repair them, they offered me my choice of new frames and lenses for free! Amazing customer service and was very pleasantly surprised by the replacement.
