Hi! I ordered glasses from kits before and they were perfect. I just placed another order and messed up my PD and only noticed on the notice of shipment. Embarrassed, I emailed support asking if there's any way I could send them back once I got them and get a new pair with my proper PD. I expected maybe a coupon or something since it was on me but no they put in an order right away for the same glasses with the correct PD, covered the entire price + shipping and then emailed me stating I could keep the first pair as a backup. That is excellent customer service and beyond what they had to do, as it was my fault for not triple checking my info. I was a big fan before this but now Im a huge fan.

I am very impressed with the selection of glasses, quality of the products, and the customer service at KITS. I bought my first pair of glasses from KITS in 2022 and it's still in an overall great shape. My prescription changed, and after looking at the prices at my optometrists, I went to the KITS website right away. I ordered 3 pairs of glasses and I received them less than a week after placing my order. One was a perfect fit to my face but the other two seemed a bit too big. I contacted KITS and had the pleasure of speaking with Francis. He processed the exchange swiftly, and even offered some glasses that I might like and might suite my face better. My new pairs are currently being processed as I write this review. Overall, I am very satisfied with KITS and will be ordering more pairs in the near future!

I have never dealt with such fantastic customer service people! I have bought 12 pairs of glasses so far and only have had small issues with three pairs. It was either style, colour or fit and each time they gladly replaced them for me at no cost to me. I didn’t even have to pay to replace the lenses in them, which were specific to my prescription. I will be recommending kits to all my friends and family. You folks are just the best!! Thank you for all your help!

I had a problem with my lenses where the blue blocking filter on my lens has chipped so I contacted them through chat. Spoke to Diana. I provided her with the order number to confirm and told her the issue with my glasses. She processed the replacement right away and it blew my mind that KITS even allowed me to choose a different Frame. I received the email confirmation that the replacement is on the way. I highly recommend KITS.
