I ordered several pairs of glasses and one was too big. I called the toll free number and a very helpful Kits associate helped me exchange my glasses for a pair with a smaller frame. I’m impressed by the reasonable price of the glasses and the great customer service. I love that this store is Canadian too!

Francis in customer service was great with helping me return a pair of glasses and ordering a replacement pair. He was very informative and patient. The website is very intuitive and easy to use. The glasses are top notch and priced very well compared to other outlets. I've been using them for the last 2 years.

I had an amazing experience shopping at KITS. They were quick to respond to my queries and provided me great customer service when one of the pairs of glasses I ordered were not up to my liking. Great company and would definitely order again from here!

I had wanted to just contact them about returning my pairs because I didn't get the correct size, Diana was so helpful with providing me with different options that were a little bit more suitable. I'm excited to try out another pair to see if it'll fit better. If it doesn't end up working out I'm sure we can figure something else out. Customer service and the way they do things is fantastic. I had a Doctors visit and he changed my prescription. Contacted Kits through the Chat system and answered all my questions. Resolved my issue with a replacement and I was even able to choose a different frame. I am very happy with Kits and their customer service! Highly Highly recommend!

Wow, what an excellent customer service experience. I had Dennis assist me in picking the best frames possible for my prescription and also did not give me any problems about me making a mistake on my prescription. The first time I will definitely be buying glasses from kits in the future.

Recently had an issue with my glasses which ive had for almost 10 months now. Contacted support and Adam B was very knowledgable and quick to offer a resolution and replacement. Kits knows how to treat their customers, and for that i will keep coming back.

This is the 3rd time Ive order glasses with Kits, and their customer service is always amazing. My most recent one ( which only took a week to get to me) unfortunately didn't fit my face I called to exchange it and now you get to keep them and they can offer a new pair! Kits always makes it easy

My wonderful, beautiful, crystal clear glasses arrived today and I couldn't be more thrilled. I'll be ordering many more! When the first pair of glasses arrived, I could not see with them; I was so disappointed. Tony suggested I get in touch with Customer Service and they worked with me to figure out what was wrong. Over the next couple of weeks they did not quit. They tried making new lenses and more measurements, but it didn't help. However, they did not quit trying and kept going until they figured out some different lenses with one upgrade that would work. I was most impressed at the lengths they went to ensure the prescription was correct and their speedy response to any of my questions. Kudos, Kits staff, what a team!
