Ordered a pair progressive transitions at a very good price. Almost too good to be true The fit and optics quality are as great but the transitions did not work. Called the Customer line and spoke to Clark who was able to immediately acknowledged the issue and sent out a replacement upgraded pair. Outstanding customer service.

Tony was incredibly helpful and professional in processing my replacement glasses. I found the entire process easy and hassle free. I will continue to shop at Kits for my optical needs.

I didn’t expect this company would be this great. So I knew kits through social media and decided to give it a try. I ordered a prescription glasses and it went straight to my door in 2days!! Can you imagine? If its from an optical shop it would take weeks or even months!! Customer service was great too! I will surely recommend this to everyone. Thank you Kits! You’re The Best!!!

I was excited to find Kits.ca. The prices and selection are great. I purchased a pair in November. Delivery was quick. The product felt solid, however 9 months later one of the hinges broke internally. As I was told by two local glasses stores I would have to replace the entire arm because the hinge had failed. I have worn glasses for over 35 years and I have screws come loose, but I have never had an arm become completely useless, especially considering how well I have always cared for my glasses. I really wish the quality would have been better and I won't have another $250 to spend through my insurance for another 2 years. Kind of a bummer. UPDATE: Kits reached out to me less than 24 hours after I made this post. They provided excellent customer service and a satisfactory resolution. All in all I would say, especially if you are on a budget, its worth giving Kits a shot.

My prescription bifocal glasses was a bit off plus frame was too small for my face. Kits responded to my complaint quickly and it was immediately resolved. A new pair with the proper OC measurements was sent out shortly after.

I ordered 2 pairs of glasses with the budget Transition lens options after using the online try-on feature at a very reasonable price. One didn't fit well, face shape or comfort-wise. I spoke with Dennis at customer service and requested a refund. He was very courteous and given that I am about to leave for a long trip, he allowed me to keep the ill-fitting pair as a backup as well as issuing a full refund. Very very pleased with the customer service and whole shopping experience. The only thing I felt could be better was the selection is somewhat limited on the site, but I understand that there are tradeoffs when you go with a service that has exceptional customer service policy like this. As long as I can find another frame I like at Kits, I absolutely plan on going with them first the next time I need new glasses.
