I called to inquire about the status of my shipment. Diana was very responsive to my concerns. She quickly found my order and was able to tell me when I could expect to receive it. She then told me she would send me more information so I could track the shipment beyond what the tracking on the website shows. I was grateful to know my shipment wasn’t lost or stolen and Diana was pleasure to work with!

Great quality eyeglasses at a reasonable price. I received them today and very pleased. Took 5 business days from order to delivery (Toronto). Their customer service is very responsive and wait time on a call is almost nil which is fantastic. I called them in their regular line and few times on the VIP support line when I joined membership. I would advise to ask your optometrist for your PD. If using their app online, I suggest doing several times and use another app like apple PD+ to compare before ordering, as accurate PD reading is very important especially when ordering prescription eyeglasses. I had to call Kits to change my initial PD reading as I realize the first reading was very different from the other reading results. Very grateful that they were able to accommodate changes.

The customer service is great! I wanted to add bluelight protection to one of the frames after I confirmed the order, the conversation outlining my problem was prompt and helpful. These will be my 2nd and 3rd pairs from Kits, they have a good selection of larger and oversized frames.

This company is the most down to earth, they get back to you and actually help. The glasses are too knotch, super high quality you can just feel when you open the box. I think I own 6 pairs now? And currently waiting on another pair. Sunglasses next order!

There was an error in one of the prescriptions and they are replacing the eye glasses with no problem at all.

I was looking for a specific pair of Michael Kors frames that I tried on at a big box optometry office. I am a cash customer, so the price with lenses there was over $600 and about double what I thought I'd be spending. I went online after I went home and found the same frames on several other sites, but Kits.com seemed to be the most reputable of them. In total, I spent just under $200. This included the blue blocking upgrade. I've been wearing my new glasses for about a week now and absolutely love them. They are well made and shipped quickly. I'd pick them over the cheaper sites again in a heartbeat.

Chris was absolutely fantastic to deal with! It was my first time ordering glasses online, so I was nervous when my frames came in. I had chosen the medium thinness since I had no metric to measure thinness, and then when they came in wished I’d ordered the premium thinness. I called Kits and barely waited 30 seconds before I was speaking to Chris. He was very helpful, cheerful, and assisted me in choosing a second pair they would send me (with the premium thinness!) and I could keep the first pair I’d ordered. Then he upgraded my shipping! I will be ordering again from Kits with such excellent 5 star customer service.

I am very happy with my two pairs of glasses from Kits! From start to finish the experience was perfect. The details they took from my prescription, to letting me know my pair didn’t meet their high standards before leaving their factory and my order would be delayed abit, to receiving my order in three days after leaving their factory in BC. My glasses were perfect! I highly recommend this company! Their prices can’t be beat and their glasses are high quality too. Don’t pay retail prices anymore!

It was my first time ordering from Kits, let alone ordering glasses online. When the glasses arrived, I had fitment problems, and James from Customer Service was extremely helpful and proactive in guiding me through the process, providing me with different options to alleviate my problem. He made me feel welcomed even via the phone and was very patient with me.
