Great experience using Kits for my daughters glasses. The price point was great, they came quickly and she was very happy to try on the glasses virtually. We realized the glasses were too big once she received them and I called in to the customer service line and he was very gracious in helping us choose another pair. We are just waiting on her new glasses to arrive.

So happy. I have worn glasses all my life. Don’t think I can even add up all the costs. Now that I need progressives, the costs have been 7-800 per pair. Then I found Kits. I just received my first pair and they are amazing! And they arrived in less than a week. After insurance paid my 80% I got a new pair of progressives for under $40. I am about to order two more pair. I’ve never had the luxury of having more than one pair at a time and different styles. Just go ahead and order them! Side note that the only glitch was that I couldn’t get their direct billing to work so had to manually submit to insurance after paying up front. Also, the online try on is great but they tend to be a little larger in person than on the picture.

Paid about $50CAD for a pair of glasses with lenses upgraded one tier from their most basic, and a bottle of cleaning solution. They got delivered less than 48 hours after ordering which is incredibly fast. The prescription is perfect. The glasses look very similar on my face to how they appeared using their "Try On" feature. I'm super happy with the service and will be using it again in the future.

Excellent customer service! I called because it’s my 1st time ordering online and I wasn’t sure how to read my prescription I only uploaded it. The representative made sure to update for me accurately and even sent me an itemized statement for future reference on how to input for future orders.

Really good Customer Service. I had an issue with the lenses in my glasses getting scratched quickly. Love the frames so I asked about new lenses. They sent a new pair immediately to correct the problem with the coating/scratching. Easy and Quick to chat to a service rep.
It’s not just this interaction, every single interaction I’ve had with kits staff and website has been nothing short of incredible. The staff are friendly, informative and willing to listen as well as help. The first call I made I had the pleasure of chatting with Chris, whom I told I have taken a turn on my thoughts of the glasses market and crazy price gauging of certain shops in Ontario. I let him know that even though the company I work for has over $600 coverage toward glasses, I don’t want to support paying these crazy prices for glasses, prior to shipping with kits, my last pair of YSL glasses were just shy of $900. It seems absolutely insane to me to be paying these prices whether it comes out of my pocket or not. I am so pleasantly surprised with how fantastic my glasses I’ve ordered have been and the compliments I have been getting have been so fun to receive. I have already started telling my friends and family about kits, and they are excited to try them as well! Today I spoke with Clark (18409041) who was absolutely lovely as well, he was understanding and listened to all of my concerns and came up with an immediate solution to ensure any problems were solved with the utmost care. Fantastic Customer Service on the Chat. I ordered a pair of glasses that ended up being too big for my face. I asked to return them. They told me to keep them or donate them. They put in the order for another pair that I was looking at at no extra charge. I highly recommend Kits.com. Especially for their great customer service.
Excellent customer service. Shipped incredibly fast- I received my glasses and they were much too big for my face - customer service told me to keep them anyhow and let me pick a new pair at no extra cost. Haven’t had an experience this good in recent memory. The prices are also amazingly good. Highly recommend this company.

The client service at Kits is amazing! I had a terrible experience with the courier Ravenforce regarding the delivery of my glasses (they sent me a text message giving me 3 minutes to come out and just left without delivering my glasses to me, then declined my calls). I called Kits’ customer support right away and they were able to troubleshoot and solve my problem. The rep Francis was professional, courteous and helpful - he turned this horrible delivery experience around. I’m very appreciative and would recommend Kits for the products and the customer service!
