I found this company by accident on FB. They are the real deal and then some . I’ve received 3 pairs of super cute glasses from them. The ordering process with prescription is so easy and they are at your door within a few days. The courier delivered some random package to my door and not my glasses . Zero fault of Kits they were phenomenal and resolved the issue so fast . Highly recommend using this local company !

Kind, took time to understand the problem, quickly resolved the problem even though Kits was not at fault (third party shipper error).

Best Canadian company ever. I remember ordering my first pair of glasses from Kits years ago when the company was first started. Was very satisfied with the craftsmanship and the accurate prescription, and the pricing simply cannot be beat. So naturally I went back to Kits while in the market for a couple more pairs this time around. I wasn't 100% happy with my order this time due to my own lack of diligence when considering frame sizing. Called customer service and spoke with Chris H. was simply blown away with the exceptional level of customer service which I had never experienced before. Simply put: if you are in the market for fair priced, good quality eye glasses, Kits is the way to go.

The value for the quality of glasses received was far better than I expected. There is really no difference between these and a $400 name brand. The customer service was also beyond my expectations. I ordered a frame but, it was small so, just complained to return them; they just gave me a new pair with the same quality prescription glasses for same price. Also the delivery was quite fast. Shipped from Vancouver to Kitchener in 3-4 days!

Absolutely love this company. Very stylish frames, lots of lense options and amazing customer service. I spoke to Tommy T. about some concerns I had and he was great with solving the issue. Overall, I love the frames I have (Jasmina), you can tell they are well made and handled with care. Shipping costs and times are reasonable. 10/10 experience, I recommend buying from them as I will from now on!
