I've ordered from kits in the past and had no issues. I enjoyed that pair of glasses and used them until my prescription changed. Fast forward a couple years I'd forgotten about kits and was like OH yeah! I'd been having an allergic reaction to my current frames and needed a replacement quickly. From the night I ordered to having the glasses on my face was 3 days. I've had the glasses a few weeks but I wasn't happy with the way the frames looked on my face. I hummed and hawed about reaching out as I figured they wouldn't be eligible for exchange having been worn and out of the packaging. I called customer service and got connected with Amanda. She said no worries! Keep the current pair as a back up, go on the site and pick out a new frame and we'll send it out to you. I was shocked. That's some amazing customer service. There was nothing wrong with my prescription, no manufacturer defects, I simply did not love the frames on my face once I got them and they still went above and beyond to fix my issue. I was able to go back in my order history and find the frames I had ordered years ago and loved, they still make the frame which is amazing! I've emailed to have them as a replacement. I'm hoping they'll continue to keep the frame in stock as I'm sure I'll want to order it again as my prescription continues to change.
