Great customer service
This is my third order with Kits and I have to say the customer service is really great. I’ve been very happy with the style of the glasses I received and the quick and easy ordering process. I made an error with my lenses in my most recent order but Dennis assisted me with a replacement and no extra cost. I had no wait time when I called and he was extremely pleasant and helpful. Thank you! I will be ordering more frames from Kits in the future:)
