Customer for life!
I order a pair of glasses from Kits for the first time after hearing many good things from other customers. My glasses arrived very quickly and were perfect! I was very happy! A couple weeks later...my new foster Puppy grabbed my glasses (my fault, I had put them down on a low end table 🤦🏻♀️). She then jumped up on the couch before I could grab them. Unfortunately, those sharp puppy teeth already did the damage! I decided I'd email Kits just to see if there was a way the damage could be fixed...buffed out maybe..I dunno...I was just hoping lol. They emailed me back asking if I could send a pic and they'd see if anything could be done. I sent them a pic and they immediately just placed an order for a free replacement pair!!! I couldn't believe it! Totally above and beyond!! I'll be a customer for life!
