I inputed the wrong prescription…
I inputed the wrong prescription numbers and as a result, the glasses were not wearable. The person I dealt with was excellent and issued new glasses at no cost which I wasn't expecting. I think I was most impressed with this person's knowledge of prescription details, and asked a number of questions to ensure that the glasses would be correct the second time around. Customer service skills and knowledge about how things work is a real rarity. I'm wondering from a back end process whether there should be a stronger recommendation to provide the prescription via upload, which would negate input error from dummy customers like myself.
