Where to start, we found Kinetic through a recommendation from a friend who said they are really good at selling houses and she was right! All of the team are genuine people and we felt like they really wanted to get us the best sale. At no point did we feel there was a hard sales pitch or the usual shiny suited fake smarmy feel that you get with every other estate agent. It might not sound that important but that feeling went through our whole sale process and we felt like they cared about us and we weren't just a number on a file somewhere. This is a real commitment to customer service. When we rang the office they knew who we were, they could update us on our sale and if they couldn't talk then they rang back when they said they would. Without Kinetic our sale wouldn't have gone through as they were always on the case chasing the other solicitors and estate agents in the chain. Our buyer and our seller both commented on how good our agents were and how they kept everyone on track. I should probably also say our house sold in three days. Three days. It went on right move on a Thursday at 6pm and it was sold by 3pm on the Sunday - a sale that they negotiated to full asking price on a Sunday when they technically were not working. Other things that we really like are that they are a small local business supporting charities, their photography was fabulous and their fee was a % of the sale price not the asking price - check your small print people!

Hands down the best communicators I’ve ever dealt with in an agent. Jo is fantastic. Says what she will do, and then does what she says. Can’t ask for anything more than that.

What can I say but in these trying times the service we received was second to none. After dealing with several estate agents to view houses and putting in two offers we weren’t impressed with some of their competitors. Kinetic kept us updated constantly and were constantly on their game. I honestly wouldn’t consider using anyone else if I ever had to sell again. Well done all involved!!!

Sold my house with Kinetic and they have been absolutely outstanding from start to finish! The property was expertly marketed, viewings managed brilliantly and then all post sale interactions have been amazing too. I wish the house I was buying was on the market with Kinetic too as that agent has been awful to interact with, however Kinetic went over and above to pick up the slack from the other agent. 100% would recommend to anyone and already have done. Best agent in the city, easily!

I recently bought my house through Kinetics and found all members of staff there to be extremely helpful, professional and cheerful throughout. They always replied immediately to any queries raised and went above and beyond what was expected to keep the purchase moving despite lockdowns and WFH protocols. From the get go Kinetic Estate Agents were fantastic. I sold with them and they couldn’t have been better agents throughout the whole process. Jo was helpful during the selling stage and kept me up to date constantly with viewings and feedback. Kinetic were outstanding from start to finish best estate agent we have ever used and will be using again in the future! Nina & Jo whom we mainly had contact with were amazing and went over and above what was expected of them, always answered phones promptly and the same with emails any time of day we would get replies. We had other agents round initially to value our property but went with Kinetic as they were honest and extremely professional. The team were fantastic the whole way through our house purchase. Jo was amazing at liaising between solicitors. We really cannot recommend them highly enough. When we look to sell (hopefully not for at least 10 years), Kinetic will be the team we turn to.

We changed estate agents and moved to kinetic from a online estate agent where it was up for sale for 9 months. Kinetic came to take picture on the Friday and the following week the property was sold. Kinetic communicated very well between the buyers and ourselves and were on the ball. I couldn’t recommend kinetic enough and we will be using them again In the future.

Kinetic sold my 4 bedroom detached house. I decided to use them because of their ethos and enthusiasm of the valuer. The whole experience with Kinetic has been great. They are a small enthusiastic team; professional and communicated information promptly.
