Genuinely nice people that sell houses
Where to start, we found Kinetic through a recommendation from a friend who said they are really good at selling houses and she was right! All of the team are genuine people and we felt like they really wanted to get us the best sale. At no point did we feel there was a hard sales pitch or the usual shiny suited fake smarmy feel that you get with every other estate agent. It might not sound that important but that feeling went through our whole sale process and we felt like they cared about us and we weren't just a number on a file somewhere. This is a real commitment to customer service. When we rang the office they knew who we were, they could update us on our sale and if they couldn't talk then they rang back when they said they would. Without Kinetic our sale wouldn't have gone through as they were always on the case chasing the other solicitors and estate agents in the chain. Our buyer and our seller both commented on how good our agents were and how they kept everyone on track. I should probably also say our house sold in three days. Three days. It went on right move on a Thursday at 6pm and it was sold by 3pm on the Sunday - a sale that they negotiated to full asking price on a Sunday when they technically were not working. Other things that we really like are that they are a small local business supporting charities, their photography was fabulous and their fee was a % of the sale price not the asking price - check your small print people!
