A truly brilliant team at kinetic , jo in particular has been immense through our house sale which has been stressful to say the least due to a chain of 6 , I couldn't recommended them enough and I certainly wouldn't use anyone else again after having the 1st class service that kinetic provide ,

Absolutly Brilliant. Had a lot of help from Jo. Moved back to Lincoln from Shropshire. Stressfull at times. Jo chased, pushed and we finally move in to our new home in a few days after 2 weeks in a hotel due to major mess up.

I was a client in a chain of properties where Kinetic estate agents were dealing with the property sale above ours. Nina at Kinetic was absolutely amazing and went above and beyond to get everything pushed through and get the solicitors talking. Could not recommend her highly enough, she even answered enquiries on her day off! Thank you Nina and Kinetic.

Fantastic service from Kinetic. Bought a house through Kinetic and even as a buyer they were very supportive, arranged a same day viewing, chased up documents and all emails were responded to within an hour, Nina was amazing. Will be using the Kinetic whenever I come to sell.
