Excellent marketing and photography from Matt which meant the property sold within 3 days of it going live. A modern, clean tidy office with very easy access. Enquiries were dealt with promptly, all staff members very pleasant and nicely presented. One particular member of staff came through for me every time I asked for advice or information, and in a very timely fashion. Brought a property through kinetic Estate agents and it was a fantastic journey to go through. From the word go Jo was on the ball making sure everything was in place for us the buyers and was really helpful and professional. We encountered a few issues along the line with the sellers solicitors but Jo was on the case communicating between our solicitors and the sellers solicitors, she didn't take her eye off the ball once and I'm shocked how much commitment she put into it all . If we ever decide to sell and buy again I will be straight onto kinetic to take care of everything
