From the get go Kinetic Estate Agents were fantastic. I sold with them and they couldn’t have been better agents throughout the whole process. Jo was helpful during the selling stage and kept me up to date constantly with viewings and feedback. Jo was polite and pleasant and always answered my questions immediately; or coming back to me promptly if needed. After my property sold I mainly spoke with Nina who was fantastic. There was never a time when an email wasn’t answered. She constantly chased and liaised with other parties without hesitation and always fed back to me ASAP. The whole team are polite and pleasant and nothing is too much to ask. To say that selling and buying is stressful, the whole team at Kinetic made it a pleasant and easy experience. I would recommend anyone to use this estate agent.
