If you are going to default to one of the established estate agents....think again!
Kinetic sold my 4 bedroom detached house. I decided to use them because of their ethos and enthusiasm of the valuer. The whole experience with Kinetic has been great. They are a small enthusiastic team; professional and communicated information promptly.
