I would just like to thank Kinetic for their professional personal service. From the time that Daryl came to value our property, to Rob showing our prospective buyer around to the outstanding support given by both Jo and Danielle, I cannot praise this Estate Agent enough. When we embarked on selling our house we were more than nervous, due to our previous experience with several estate agents. Unlike other Estate Agents Kinetic is smaller offering a much more supportive and personal service. Their positivity and knowledge of the market ensured that we had the right people viewing our house resulting in an offer within the first week of advertisement. Fantastic service from start to finish. Daryl came round to do our valuation and his no BS approach did the deal. From then on the process was super easy. Nina and Rob were fantastic. They showed our viewers round and dealt with all their queries. Both super friendly and happy to help with anything. Would recommend to anybody looking for an easy, quick, non-BS sale!

It was the very first time we had sold a property so quite daunting, but all the way through from the first time we met Daryl to the support and care Nina showed and help from Rob throughout, we were so glad we listed with Kinetic. The service you get for the price (which is cheaper than a lot of the more well known & large chain estate agents) is amazing. Just wish that we had been able to find a property to buy through them too!! I needed my property on the market quickly and this was accomplished with minimum fuss and excellent photography. It sold in 48 hours and the sales process was managed positively with good communication. I know how difficult it can be to keep everyone happy, but this was achieved professionally throughout. Excellent estate agents. We needed to sell our house quickly - Nina was so helpful and gave great advice at each step. Nothing was ever too much trouble. After our first buyers pulled out, the team were quick to get the property re-listed/viewings arranged and it sold again within the next week. Kinetic were amazing from start to finish. They knew how much we wanted the house we’d found, prior to our house even being on the market. The photos were done the next day and our house sold within 3 hours of being live on right move. Throughout the process, Kinetic actually chased a couple of times to keep the ball rolling, amazing. Would recommend them to anyone and would definitely use them again if we sold our house.

I can’t recommend Kinetic enough. From start to finish, the service I received has been nothing short of excellent. Firstly Darryl viewed the house I had to sell and took the time to sit down and have a chat about the process. The property was marketed well with some great photos, and the viewings flooded in. My property was on the market for less than a week before we’d accepted an offer for the full asking price. With constant updates and check ins from the team, I felt that everything was in hand, despite the large chain that was involved in the sale. We bought our first home with Kinetic and it couldn’t have gone better for us. The best customer service we’ve ever received nothing was too much for them and they kept us updated every step of the way and replied to every single email I sent them pretty much within the hour (even on weekends and evenings!!!). I honestly couldn’t recommend them enough for an amazing house buying or selling experience. I have used Kinetic Estate Agent twice, the first time buying a house. They dealt with the transition of the sale very quickly keeping me up to date with suggested move dates and anything about the property I needed to know. More recently I used them to sell my house, the fee is great value for money! The house was online within a matter of hours and sold within 5 days. The sale took a while not due to the fault of Kinetic and they were extremely good at speaking to the solicitors, the purchaser and myself. Excellent service from Daryl who looked at the property I had to sell he was very knowledgeable about the area and the market. Rob was very good at chasing the very slow solicitors and kept me informed of any developments. If you have a house to sell it is definitely worth giving them a call!
