Whilst I’m not going to go into to much detail as I left a lengthy review on newton fallowell I would like to say I won’t be using Kinetic again. We were previously selling with Kinetic and swapped estate agents. Our buyers viewed through Kinetic first and not Newton and Fallowell (who we were then selling with) they still wanted the full amount of money! This is despite changes being made to the property (new kitchen and radiators throughout). I’m not saying they are 100% wrong as it’s in the contract small print. We tried to come to some sort of agreement with them to not pay there full £1800 free as we didn’t feel they deserved it but Rob the was having none of it. What makes it worse the couple who bought our property who viewed it first through kinetic got a phone call just as they walked in the property asking how there viewing went! So unprofessional. In the end we ended up spending £3600 on both estate agent fees I personally don’t think that is good customer service and wouldn’t recommend them.

Kinetic, what can I say.... outstanding. We'd been on the market with two other national estate agents for about 8 months, (wayyyy before lockdown) and only got about 3 views. We had seen lots of 'SOLD' signs for Kinetic, so thought "why not", I kid you not.... THREE DAYS! And our house was sold. Their service is outstanding, very friendly staff, quick response times, literally the best estate agents in the area.

First time with kinetic and I can genuinely say we would highly recommend and will definitely be using their services in the future, Laura, Nina, and Jo were outstanding, professional, kind and just great at the job. Having our property on the market with Kinetic was a great decision, you can sit back and relax knowing everything is being taken care of. Thank you your all amazing!

From the initial engagement with this agent, I was blown away with the friendly/community services that they offered, they clearly had the best interest of their clients. I was always kept well informed of proceedings and always had immediate contact with Jo and her team. Post lockdown, I lost my buyer due to the unprecedented circumstance of COVID, however this kicked Kinetic into action and they sold my house again within '7' days of relisting it, with an exceptional outcome as it sold for an increased amount. All correspondence was prompt (Same day replies, even through COVID Lockdown). The teams professional qualities exceeded my expectations, they were well acquainted with the market, giving sound advice throughout our journey together. Hopefully I will not need to call upon their services too soon, however I will not hesitate to use this exceptional team in the future. I will be recommending them to all my friends in the surrounding area, as I know they will not be disappointed with the service that they will receive. Although I wasnt actually the paying customer of Kinetic, it was my seller. However the service and communication throughout was excellent and this was definitely helpful with the unforeseen issues and delays with covid etc. Reassurance and support all along the way. Kinetic acted as Estate Agents for the couple selling their property to us. Even though we weren't their client they really helped us achieve a speedy conveyance by helping to keep the pressure on the respective Solicitors and smoothing through any queries / issues. Thanks so much to Kinetic estate agents, especially Nina for ensuring our house move went through in very difficult circumstances due to Coronavirus. We have previously bought a rental property through Kinetic and throughout both transactions Nina has been on the ball liasing between all parties in the chain and ensuring things were progressing. Without this I think we would have struggled to complete this time, particularly given that our solicitor went into liquidation 2 weeks prior to the completion date. Again, Nina assisted to ensure a new solicitor was appointed and the matter was dealt with urgently. I would highly recommend as communication is key - Nina was always a friendly voice at the end of the phone and willing to help (even though we were not a direct client this time), Kinetic definitely go above and beyond with their service.

We didn't actually sell our property with Kinetic but the property we bought was for sale through them. The service and communication provided by Nina Sharpe of Kinetic was outstanding in what turned out to be very difficult circumstances, Nina kept us updated throughout and worked tirelessly to ensure everything went to plan. We could not recommend them enough, our own estate agents were not interested once our sale was agreed and Nina became our go to person for advice and updates.Thank you Nina, you was fantastic. A well deserved 5 STAR for Kinetic! After 6 long months, a broken chain, 2 extensions of mortgage, 3 months in temporary accommodation you never lost sight of the end goal! Dedication, commitment & perseverance from Jo with regular updates & honesty meant that we finally got our keys! I can honestly say I don’t believe any other estate agent would have gone so above & beyond!
