The shoes weren't the american version but Chinese version. Quality doesn't look the same. I specifically asked if they were the version sold in the states and they are not.

Oh you have all my information since over a month ago, my money and the sneakers as they where returned to you!! Plus around 25 emails sent asking for my money with no response, however your fast answering here. No you are no global nothing how can I be charged 175 euros taxes for a pair worth 195. Explain me the math.

KicksCrew was one of the worst online shopping experiences I’ve had. I ordered from their UK site, but to return the item. They don't tell u, but they make you ship it all the way to Hong Kong — at your own cost. No local return address, no prepaid label. You only get 7 days from delivery to return, which is ridiculous for international shipping. On top of that, they charge a 14% restocking fee, even if the item is unworn. They even ask you to mark returns as a “gift” on customs forms, which is shady and puts you at risk. Overall, it feels like they make returns as hard as possible to keep your money. I won’t be shopping with them again. I now use OnBuy.com — better prices, better service, easy returns.

Used to be a great company I bought multiple Nike trainers over the years but the past 12 months the prices have doubled and tripled and the quality has reduced. My trainers arrived with no glue on sole and only the toe part of the trainer was holding them together. It was only noticed after a couple of days using and all they offered was $10 voucher because I removed the tags. Overall very disappointed with the customer service, the dramatic price increase and the quality of the product these days. If I could upload photos here I would. I’ve since bought elsewhere! The company responded below saying wear and tear was responsible for the trainers but if they read my feedback slower they understand the trainers were a few days old. Unless I was running in the trainers for 24 hours a day for 3 days it’s impossible to have ‘wear and tear’ and I only used them inside a gym. There’s other reviews online of other people having same glue issue on BRAND NEW TRAINERS, just use google search. I have screenshots of my trainers as well as those online who had similar issues. So as you can see from their comment below, their customer service is of no service, and the doubling and trebling of their prices for the exact same trainer is a pure money grab, this is what happened when greed takes over a good company! I wonder what nationality this company is managed under. ‘We will do our best to assist’ no this is how you do your worst, scam people! Well done.

Ordered trainers; a few days later received a message that the shoes hadn't passed a 'quality check', so the order was cancelled and I'd get a refund within 3-5 days. Messaged them a few times since, was told to wait another 3-5 days. Today, I was told to ask my bank for 'assistance'. Oh and they still haven't sent a refund. There is no phone number to get hold of anyone.

Hey, the trainers are broken. There are three parts which are already/almost peeled off from the shoe. Those are just five years old shoes, I don’t think those have hydrolysis problems. Eventually I had to go to a repair shop to fix them. Did you check them before shipping?

The shoes arrived in a perfect condition.
