Although the shoes arrived in a fairly decent time, the soles were yellowing and the toe box was slightly creased

Great online shop for shoes but not ideal for Philippines because of the duties and taxes from our Bureau of Customs, it adds approximately 50% from your original cost, IE: 12,000 pesos shoes and you will pay 6,091 pesos.

Awsome shoes. Pretty fast shipping. Not the best as far as processing times. I also wanted to cancel my order because of the processing time. The shoes had not even shipped yet and they wanted to charge me a re stocking fee or I could get a full refund in the form of a gift card to there website. I thought that was pretty shitty. I am glad I got the shoes now but still. Anyway it was an ok experience

I was never informed about any issues that might arise from customs, especially since these were $200 sneakers. They were supposed to delivered, then delayed by a day, then delayed again, then finally DHL asked for all sorts of information,and a day later, I finally got notice from you about needing to send information to DHL for customs. I’m still not sure if I ever got delivery

I rarely leave reviews, but this experience was too egregious to ignore. I ordered a pair of trainers from Kicks Crew after their website explicitly stated that taxes and shipping for the UK would be a maximum of $50 (£30) That was a lie as I then received a bill for £78.21 for shipping and duty tax that they never mentioned during checkout. When I contacted customer service, they gave me the usual runaround: “Terms and conditions,” “regional differences,” “not our responsibility.” Sorry, but if your website clearly claims that the price shown includes all fees, that’s what customers expect. Burying the truth in fine print or blaming the courier doesn’t excuse outright deception. This company misleads customers with false promises, hoping you’ll just accept the extra cost once your card is charged and the shoes are in transit. It’s not just shady – it’s dishonest. The trainers themselves were average, nothing you couldn’t get elsewhere — but the lies and lack of transparency? That’s what makes this company a complete avoid at all costs. This model is difficult to find and these are not my first choice in color. However, they are genuine and new, a good color and affordable price. They run a little short than my others of this model. Overall, a good purchase.
