Esstisch Nahala und Pouf Neom getrennt bestellt alles zeitnah und einwandfrei angekommen. Preis ist nicht günstig aber Qualität stimmt. Kann mich null beschweren
#kaveHome, the worst misleading company. 1) they promote high rebates, good luck if you find them 2) Their announced delivery times are totally unreliable. 2 weeks suddenly turns into 10 to 11 weeks. Never KaveHome anymore for me.
Made a big purchase and got a tracking link in spanish which does not include any tracking info. The expected delivery is already days away. When asking the client service they send me a link to follow my order, which leads to page error. The email is not polite and is not signed by anyone. No idea still when to expect big furniture which is kind of important yo know to be able to plan our days. Shop elsewhere!

Gisteren een bank en eettafel ontvangen. In de bank ontbraken de gaten om de schroeven mee te bevestigen, en in de tafel zitten deukjes, en net als de review onder mij, is de hoek van de tafel bijna afgechipt. Het stukje zit er nog net aan. Ik dien dan een klacht in, maar krijg geen mail ter bevestiging (terwijl m'n e-mailadres gewoon klopt!) Ik wil graag contact @kave home! De spullen mogen terug, ook de stoelen die nog binnen moeten komen want ik heb niets aan twee stoelen zonder tafel (en bank). Ik mag toch hopen dat jullie de kosten hiervoor dekken, aangezien dit iets is waaraan ikzelf niets kon doen. Verbeter alstublieft onze ervaring. Waarvoor dank!

Estuve esperando más de una hora pq necesitaba factura a una sociedad y no hubo forma de que la pudieran emitir. Vergonzoso la verdad. Tuvieron que hacerme dos devoluciones para ver si a la tercera se podía, y tuve que acabar pagando con mi tarjeta personal ante la imposibilidad de emitirme factura.

Bought a dining table from Kave Home and the delivery was quick. Even though it does not affect its usability, it’s a shame that the edge of the table was slightly chipped. However, the customer service was great and provided a partial discount otherwise I could’ve gone for a refund or replacement but I figured both aren’t the best for the environment as the table was still functional.

My order went to an incorrect address - somehow the address got a bit scrambled between Kave Home and the shipper. I contacted TNT (now Fed Ex) and even though they have the package, they said only the shipper can amend an address. I have emailed the shipper in Barcelona and filled out a customer service form on Kave Home but there is NO ONE TO TALK TO - not even a chat bot. I got the package a day late - the window of delivery is 9am to 6pm - but I was unsure there if I would ever get the package. I'm not sure I would order from Kave Home again. It would be better if they had live customer service and in-house shipping. The items I ordered - two stools - are as pictured and I am happy with them.

The order arrived much faster than expected (within two weeks instead of the 5-6 initially suggested). The products are beautiful and high quality materials are used, and assembly is easy with all holes marked well. The negatives are that these are IKEA- style assemblies, which given the price point is just annoying. By far the biggest issue though is that all the other reviews are true - the items arrive quite damaged, some in hidden spots once assembled, and some not. Damage is superficial but not acceptable- visible or not. It’s clear that Kave (a Spanish company) is following a not so surprising approach of “let’s see what happens” and relying on people not to return /complain given the inconvenience. The damage is stuff that would have been picked up in a quality check (not a result of transportation), so either they don’t do these, or (the more likely scenario) they send anyway because it’s not visible when assembled, or “hope for the best” that the customer doesn’t return. My advice is do not order from Kave directly - go through a reputable company like Vepsalainen (in Finland).
