#kaveHome, the worst misleading company. 1) they promote high rebates, good luck if you find them 2) Their announced delivery times are totally unreliable. 2 weeks suddenly turns into 10 to 11 weeks. Never KaveHome anymore for me.
Made a big purchase and got a tracking link in spanish which does not include any tracking info. The expected delivery is already days away. When asking the client service they send me a link to follow my order, which leads to page error. The email is not polite and is not signed by anyone. No idea still when to expect big furniture which is kind of important yo know to be able to plan our days. Shop elsewhere!

El producto en si no esta mal. Sin embargo la compra online es de lo peor que he vivido.... No hay actualizaciones del estado del envio. No hay manera de ponerse en contacto con ellos: o tienes el bot automatico que no resuelve nada, o el telefono que no funciona, o el mail que nunca contestan. Hice mi pedido hace casi 1 mes y todavia no me ha llegado. Cero informacion ni seguimiento ni soporte por parte de Kave home

Très décevant, commande jamais arrivée malgré une notification d'expédition. Un service client quasi innexistant (les réponses mails ne répondent pas réellement à la question, le service de rappel téléphone automatique ne fonctionne pas, et personne ne répond en ligne directe). Awful After Sales Support! I am still facing an issue with my order. We purchased this product: Beyla Massief Eiken Boekenkast. However, it arrived damaged on both sides. It has been over two weeks since I first reported this issue. While the customer service representatives were polite and tried to assist, I still have not received the replacement. I’ve been informed that they are waiting to combine our replacement pieces with another order to reduce logistics costs. This approach is completely unacceptable from a consumer perspective. We’ve now been waiting over a month for this order, and the last two weeks have simply been wasted waiting for new parts to be sent. It seems that minimizing their costs takes precedence over customer satisfaction. I hope another order from the Netherlands comes soon so they can finally prioritize sending us our missing pieces. Please think twice before ordering from this company. Best regards,
