NO ONE TO TALK TO - not even a chat bot
My order went to an incorrect address - somehow the address got a bit scrambled between Kave Home and the shipper. I contacted TNT (now Fed Ex) and even though they have the package, they said only the shipper can amend an address. I have emailed the shipper in Barcelona and filled out a customer service form on Kave Home but there is NO ONE TO TALK TO - not even a chat bot. I got the package a day late - the window of delivery is 9am to 6pm - but I was unsure there if I would ever get the package. I'm not sure I would order from Kave Home again. It would be better if they had live customer service and in-house shipping. The items I ordered - two stools - are as pictured and I am happy with them.
