#kaveHome, the worst misleading company. 1) they promote high rebates, good luck if you find them 2) Their announced delivery times are totally unreliable. 2 weeks suddenly turns into 10 to 11 weeks. Never KaveHome anymore for me.

Made a big purchase and got a tracking…

Made a big purchase and got a tracking link in spanish which does not include any tracking info. The expected delivery is already days away. When asking the client service they send me a link to follow my order, which leads to page error. The email is not polite and is not signed by anyone. No idea still when to expect big furniture which is kind of important yo know to be able to plan our days. Shop elsewhere!

publicité mensongère

J'ai commandé un canapé, très bel objet, beau rendu, arrivé dans les délais. Néanmoins, sur le site internet Kave Home, il est écrit qu'il est déhoussable et qu' il est possible de renouveler les housses (et même de changer de style). J'ai contacté le service client pour obtenir un nouveau jeu de housses, mais la réponse qui m'a été donnée est qu'il n'est pas possible de pas de pièces de rechange ou de pièces détachées pour leurs produits, car ils ne disposent pas d’un stock suffisant de ces pièces individuelles et qu'elles ne sont pas disponibles à l’achat directement auprès de l’usine. Publicité mensongère !

Fuyez!!!!

Fuyez!!!!! Commande passée le 7 juin dernier pour 4000€ de meubles de jardin. Le magasin voulait me livrer fin juillet. Nous nous sommes entendus pour le 4 août. Le 10 juillet je reçois un mail m informant que ma commande sera finalement livrée avec un retard de 12 à 13 semaines, soit donc une livraison début octobre......pour des meubles de jardin, on peut faire mieux. J ai annulé ma commande et que Kave Home apprenne à gérer ses stocks !! Ce sont des amateurs !!!! Je cours maintenant chez Unopiu commander chez une marque sérieuse. Suis déçu et adios Kave. C est fini!!!

No refund

I’ve been waiting over a month for a refund on an item I returned last may. It’s been a very frustrating process and still no refund. I don’t trust and can’t recommend this company.

3 meses para entregar un ambientador!!

Pedí un ambientador. He tardado en recibirlo 3 meses!!! Recibí dos mails posponiendo la entrega. Tres meses con mi dinero en su cuenta. Cero en cuidado del medioambiente :una caja equivalente a un frasco de colonia venia dentro de una caja donde cabrían dos cajas de zapatos. Un desastre. No te lo recomiendo

Slechte service van Kave Home

Slechte service van Kave Home Beschadigd artikel ontvangen, vervanging beloofd maar nooit gekregen. Meerdere keren gemaild zonder reactie. Telefonisch werd bevestigd dat mails zijn ontvangen, maar er werd niets mee gedaan. Uiteindelijk helemaal geen antwoord meer. Zeer teleurstellend.

They just want your money and dont honor warranty

Avoid! My husband ordered 2 chairs from Kave. Within a few months one of the legs started wiggling and then soon was broken at the attachment point. Within the next few months - year this happened to 5 of the legs. We dont weigh a lot (be both only wear a size small shirt!) So weight isnt an issue, the faulty product is the problem. My husband followed the instructions on the website to submit the issue, as they chairs are still under warranty. A month later and they had not responded. We both sent them emails and they still have not responded after another month. So they basically have no customer service and sell faulty useless products.

catastrophe, j'attends un colis soit disant expédié depuis le 16 juin, j'écris au service client pour expliquer que visiblement le colis est bloqué à la douane espagnol dixit TNT et personne ne me donne de réponse satisfaisante, on vous envoie un lien de suivi qui ne comprend aucune information.

Wish I'd read reviews here before…

Wish I'd read reviews here before ordering from this company. Lesson: don't order furniture from Europe?! I imagine post-Brexit issues but maybe they shouldn't sell to the UK market. I paid nearly £200 for an outdoor table with delivery and customs charges. Table not received. The tracking links I was sent never worked. TNT/FedEx have closed my case because they say it is being held in customs in Spain and told me to follow it up with the company. Kave say they "don't have any visibility of it" which seems bizarre. Hopefully they will process my refund. Shame as table looked nice online but based on the other reviews on here and experience so far, does not seem worth pursuing trying to get it reshipped

Klantenservice niet goed bereikbaar

Klantenservice is niet goed bereikbaar. Heb nu 2 bestellingen geplaatst, die in 4 zendingen kwamen. Over geen één van de 4 zendingen werd er op het correcte moment de correcte informatie meegegeven in verband met verzending, levering, ..... Eens je contact hebt met klantenservice zijn ze wel hulpvol, maar ze reageren zeer traag. De meubels zelf zijn van goede kwaliteit, ik zou echter altijd verkiezen om ze bij een verdeler te gaan kopen iv rechtstreeks bij hen door de lastige verzendervaring.
