#kaveHome, the worst misleading company. 1) they promote high rebates, good luck if you find them 2) Their announced delivery times are totally unreliable. 2 weeks suddenly turns into 10 to 11 weeks. Never KaveHome anymore for me.

Made a big purchase and got a tracking…

Made a big purchase and got a tracking link in spanish which does not include any tracking info. The expected delivery is already days away. When asking the client service they send me a link to follow my order, which leads to page error. The email is not polite and is not signed by anyone. No idea still when to expect big furniture which is kind of important yo know to be able to plan our days. Shop elsewhere!

DO NOT BUY KAVE PRODUCTS! NO REFUND!!!

We purchased a Lenon bed and two small sideboards directly from KAVE Home. We received the bed broken and started a claim. Took 2 weeks to communicate with the after-sales team to replace the bed. Maria is a deceitful woman who lies frequently. The replacement bed was also broken... At this point, I can not blame just KAVE Home because the courier DASCHER is also a terrible company! After receiving a broken bed 2 times already, we want to return the bed and ask for a refund. The story starts here... After 2 months of hearing lies from MARIA (After Sales Team), we are still not able to get our €1275 I never had this kind of experience before. I had to send a bunch of emails and make calls back and forth. Every time, it ended up like we would call you back in 10 minutes, but it never happened. Please do not buy this brand. They have nice things, I agree. But terrible after-sales service. In case you want a return or a refund, it is impossible to get! Spend your time and money on better services!!! Besides our money, we wasted our time and energy last 3 months... I will never buy something from KAVE Home!

I ordered for the first time from Kave…

I ordered for the first time from Kave home...Great products but I decided to sent a few items back as they did not were as i thought. But....than is appeared to me they have a sent back period from only 14 DAYS!!!! This is incredible short!!! Other companies with furniture have 6 weeks, 10 weeks Ikea 1 year...and I think espcially with furniture it needs some time before you can decide. So now I sent an email to ask for some coulance....but NO...14 days is 14 days.... I am really very disappointed and knowing this I will not order at Kave home again. This is to much risk for me as an interio desinger to make a decision so quikly . Really disappointed

Avevo lasciato una recensione negativa sette giorni fa per avere ricevuto una mail di avvenuta consegna di un ordine in realtà mai arrivato. Fermo restando il disservizio di cui sopra, devo rilevare che il servizio clienti è stato presente spiegandomi che la mail di conferma ordine era stato un errore; e consegnato a distanza di pochi giorni l'ordine regolarmente. Ottimo il servizio "consegna" effettuato da operatori gentili che hanno avvisato via telefono prima di consegnare.

Ascenseur pour l échafaud

La liste étant trop longue...on va raccourcir et dire que rien c est déroulé normalement....prise de commande, livraison, livreur désagréable, omission de certaines pièces, montage un vrai désastre, la totale. Un mix de titanic et de tour infernale.

Der Tisch Nealy Nussbaumfurnier mit…

Der Tisch Nealy Nussbaumfurnier mit dunklem Finish sieht überhaupt nicht aus wie auf den Fotos der Tisch ist seeeehr sehr dunkel und Matt dazu hat meine kleine Nichte letztens Klebeband aus versehen auf den Tisch geklebt und dieser war sofort beschädigt also die Beschichtung hat es gleich entfernt und das ist so keine gute Qualität bin leider nicht zufrieden
