#kaveHome, the worst misleading company. 1) they promote high rebates, good luck if you find them 2) Their announced delivery times are totally unreliable. 2 weeks suddenly turns into 10 to 11 weeks. Never KaveHome anymore for me.

Made a big purchase and got a tracking…

Made a big purchase and got a tracking link in spanish which does not include any tracking info. The expected delivery is already days away. When asking the client service they send me a link to follow my order, which leads to page error. The email is not polite and is not signed by anyone. No idea still when to expect big furniture which is kind of important yo know to be able to plan our days. Shop elsewhere!

La devise du magasin devrait d'être (soyons anti commerciale, les clients ne sont que des portefeuilles) Vous pouvez acheter pour plusieurs millier d'euros, l'échantillon (bois tissu etc.) vous sera facturé 3.5€ et si 5 jours plus tard vous rajoutez un meuble à votre commande vous payez de nouveau la livraison qui interviendra dans 8 semaines Il faut dire que leur programme informatique à bon dos et qu'il est facile de l'utiliser comme excuse. Si vous voulez d'acheter des meubles visités d'autres boutiques elles seront beaucoup plus à l'écoute de leurs clients, et leur logiciel est beaucoup plus souple.

Nahla table - Kave home - unresponsive initially

I ordered a table (Nahla), which unfortunately arrived with a slightly damaged table top. Probably due to reckless treatment by TNT. The customer service responded immediately to my initial query and suggested different solutions. But that was all I got. I send a few follow ups since then and didn’t hear back and the massive parcels are sitting in my living room. — The day of my writing the review they got back to me with a proposal to resolve the issue that was matching my request. Could have been a bit earlier.

Not Thieves but Don't Buy!

If you're reading this then probably you've bought something large and are now scared you've been ripped off or are being scammed. The good news is that Kave Home are not out and out thieves but if you haven't bought from them don't! The bad news is that they take a huge business risk with their delivery service whether that be delivering to your home or collecting a faulty item. The contracted delivery service is so terrible that it can often take weeks more than the delivery estimate (one reviewer on their own site waited 7 months!!!!!!). Kave Home have now removed reviews from their own site and it cannot be a co-incidence. Kave Home also seem totally unable (or unwilling) to discover the whereabouts of your order once 'out for delivery' let alone give you any idea when it will be delivered. That means for weeks and weeks after the expected delivery date had passed, Kave home would not tell me where my item was (even which country) or when they hoped it would be delivered. Furthermore, they won't cancel/reund the order once 'in transit' and Paypal won't allow a refund if the company can prove it is in transit. In our case the item was apparently in transit the day after we bought it despite a 3-4 delivery timescale. Eventually it was delivered after 8 weeks but we were lucky compared to others. Of course once it arrives you can refuse delivery iaw EU law but they are hoping you won't - be sure to check the packaging in the van, then if worried, require them to unpack any parts that might be damaged in the van, that way you can refuse delivery otherwise they won't take it away and you'll have to fight for weeks to get it collected. Don't be fooled by their customer service either. They respond rapidly and extremely politely to every email. Their apologies are profuse, beautifully written, empathetic but also utterly meaningless because they never actually 'do' anything or promise anything concreate, they just apologise again and again and again in ever more detailed and creative ways. After more than 20 emails I was finally contacted directly by the delivery company who told me when they would be delivering (told not asked!) but we were out of the country, they replied that it must then be delivered to a friend's house, we pointed out that this item was an 80kg table and that we had paid for it to be mounted. They relented but failed to update their systems, we rang then 3 times to point out that their system wasn't updated. we returned to our home and contacted the delivery company but were told it had been delivered and they had a signature. Eventually they agreed that it had not been delivered. Finally it was delivered but the 2 big strong men (who were really nice) hadn't a clue how to get the table lined up right, burred 2 screws and didn't fit 2 other screws. It took me at least an hour to get it right. The table was slightly damaged in transit but only on the extension leaf, it was missing a screw but I sourced a replacement, it was slightly warped meaning one corner sits higher than the top of the leg and the oil finish was very poor. I couldn't face returning the table and I really wanted a table of this design. I re-oiled the table immediately and then finish is now pretty good. They refunded me the delivery and mounting costs but only because I told them they would have to collect the table otherwise - note you have only 2 weeks to tell them this - they refunded me on the 13th day. Perhaps for small things that are unlikely to be damaged, if you really like something, you could use them but for big things don't - the stress and worry is enormous. Ironically, their terrible delivery issues were a risk that paid off for them in my case but I would never buy from them again and neither should you.

Absolute Katastrophe der…

Absolute Katastrophe der Kundenservice!!! Wir warten seit über 3 Wochen darauf, dass der reklamierte Stuhl von der Spedition abgeholt wird. Ich habe bereits vier!!!! Emails geschrieben, zwei wurden davon beantwortet mit der Antwort, es meldet sich jemand. Bisher immer noch nicht, letzte Antwort vor über einer Woche. Müssen wir einen Anwalt einschalten?????
