Esstisch Nahala und Pouf Neom getrennt bestellt alles zeitnah und einwandfrei angekommen. Preis ist nicht günstig aber Qualität stimmt. Kann mich null beschweren
#kaveHome, the worst misleading company. 1) they promote high rebates, good luck if you find them 2) Their announced delivery times are totally unreliable. 2 weeks suddenly turns into 10 to 11 weeks. Never KaveHome anymore for me.
Made a big purchase and got a tracking link in spanish which does not include any tracking info. The expected delivery is already days away. When asking the client service they send me a link to follow my order, which leads to page error. The email is not polite and is not signed by anyone. No idea still when to expect big furniture which is kind of important yo know to be able to plan our days. Shop elsewhere!

Ho effettuato un ordine su Kave Home ad aprile e siamo ormai a fine giugno: non solo non ho ricevuto nulla, ma non ho nemmeno una data certa di consegna. È incredibile che un’azienda che si definisce seria possa offrire un servizio clienti così scandalosamente inefficiente. Ho provato a contattare l’assistenza ma ogni volta ho ricevuto risposte vaghe, promesse non mantenute e nessuna reale soluzione. Non è accettabile dover aspettare oltre due mesi senza nessuna certezza. Se non siete in grado di gestire gli ordini, non vendete online. È una presa in giro totale per chi affida fiducia e soldi al vostro marchio. Sconsiglio vivamente Kave Home a chiunque voglia un servizio serio e puntuale. Una delusione su tutta la linea.

Ich habe meine Bestellung im Anfang April abgegeben nun ist bereits ende Juni. Auf Kontaktanfragen kommen nur Phrasen. Jetzt habe ich den Logistiker kontaktiert, der mir sagt, dass die Einfuunterlagen nicht passen weshalb die Sendung nun zurückgeht. Über das Produkt kann ich nichts sagen, nach mehr als 10 Wochen ist es immer noch nicht da.

Objet ( carafe en grès ) dont l'anse se casse au bout de 5 mois d'utilisation classique. Hors délai de garantie et de toute manière non prise en charge par la garantie, pas de geste commercial, platitude de courtoisie. Qualité aléatoire donc.

Terrible company to deal with. Ordered 3 bar chairs, we received one a month later. The following day the delivery driver delivered a rug which was never ordered. The rug was supposed to be shipped to a person in Lithuania, not Ireland (not to mention the GDPR breach as their details were provided on the package). When checking the order status, it states all 3 have now been delivered, so everytime I submitted a query to them with all details provided, they automatically close it stating my order was delivered successfully, while 2 chairs worth over 400 euros were never delivered.

Poor customer service and falsely advertised delivery schedules. This company seems to operate quite like a scam company, which is a surprise as I was advised to give them a go by friends and family. The initial delivery date of a sofa bed was 1-2 weeks but was quickly revised to an additional 4 weeks once I had paid. It arrived late and only partially delivered, (missing one package) They did email me about this delay but it was a significant disruption for me. When the full couch arrived it was bent out of shape on one side and could not be assembled. I could not contact them by phone at any stage and emails requesting refunds just ignore what I'm saying. The only phone no. available was their Greek store who basically told me to go away. I'll likely have to refund and buy elsewhere at this point. Lesson learned.
