Don't bother ordering if you're in the UK
Whilst the initial customer service was great after placing my online order, it all went downhill once my order was dispatched. The courier they used did not ring my doorbell and then marked the delivery as refused - I did not refuse, I was at home waiting for the delivery! I contacted the courier who told me that Kalki must contact them directly to arrange the redelivery to me. I contacted Kalki and asked them to do this and they told me they would look into it. Almost every day for a week since then, I have been contacting them for an update. All they tell me is to wait 24 hours and they will email me an update. I never got 1 update. I asked them to escalate to a manager and they ignored this and told me they escalated to courier team, who also did not update me. I have had enough - I ordered from them for the first time for an outfit for my brothers wedding but they have stressed me out and wasted so much time. I asked them for a refund which they ignored so I have flagged this with my bank so that I can get my money back. It is clear that they do not want to offer any help to get things resolved quickly. They just send meaningless lies again and again in the hopes that you will just give up. It is a massive shame as their clothes are nice but the customer service is absolutely horrific. You can only contact via whatsapp, no phone calls to discuss anything properly. Don't waste your time ordering from here if you are from the UK, its a nightmare to deal with if anything goes wrong.
