I was pleased with the service offered, as I had been the first time I used the company in August '21. Unfortunately the emergency contact number I was quoted on the paperwork +44 (0) 1444 465573 - came up as "invalid number" when input to Cunard's website booking form. A telephone call to establish the correct number prefix - 0044, took some 25 minutes of continuous, repetitive music, before the call was answered. Which was not good! Had I been 'phoning to book cover, I would not have held on, but gone elsewhere.

Explained via questioning the conditions to be covered; requested details of the three levels of cover (bronze/silver/gold), for both single trip and annual policies, which were emailed. Then evaluated them and chose the most appropriate. Pleasant telephone conversations with JTC at the beginning and end.

Very easy and straightforward site to use.

Although I eventually managed to book the cover I wanted at a reasonable premium, the process was unnecessarily complicated. I provided all the required information upfront including the dates of travel but when I selected one of the options presented to me, the company concerned advised they could not provide a quote for the dates I had given after all. This happened three times altogether before I found a company that would.

All really quite straightforward in spite of some health issues that needed to be covered.

I got 4 quotes for travel insurance with medical cover & this Gold policy was the best price & cover for our needs. Not complicated to book at all.

The agent on the phone was super helpful and friendly. I have a lot of medical conditions and she was very patient going through all of them and explaining what I could exclude and the different options for cover. I would recommend Just Travel to anyone with disabilities or complex medical conditions looking for travel insurance.

My husband had two bilateral knees over twenty years ago,and unfortunately a part broke in one knee about three years ago.How would this affect our insurance quote going up by ninety pounds?????-I do not think this is relevant as people who have new hips are not penalised.

I had some issues with medical declarations and resolution, but we got there in the end following their advice. The various people I spoke with were very understanding and helpful. I required coverage for a 6 month trip to the USA, so a 'standard' policy was not available. I had used the company before and will probably do so again.

Had a problem with electronic paperwork but very helpful staff sorted everything out and kept us informed regularly. No complaints so far

have been with just travel 3 times now and find them very help full . nothing is to much trouble for them and every thing is explained so you understand. I recommend to any one that asks about travel insurance as they are well recommended..

Took out an Annual European Travel Policy for my wife and I. Answered all the questions regarding medical conditions. My wife takes 1 tablet for controlling blood pressure, however this had a side effect of itchy skin. On doctors advice, she tried a different tablet. Today, I informed Just Travel Cover and they wanted to charge me an extra £36. After complaining they reduced it to £23 (for what), changing a 'NO' to a 'YES' on the policy medical question. The alternative was a refund of half of my original £206 . They had me over a barrel. There was no change in the dose or strength of the tablet just a different product. Just a money making excuse for changing 1 tablet for another.

Received confirmation of the cover that I had purchased, satisfied with the response given. Clear and Concise.

We have found ‘just travel’ very easy to use and received an excellent quote even with medical needs added. We also took out a policy for our son and grandson, again an excellent price but had problems printing theirs (I’m old fashioned and like a paper copy) but we were immediately offered a paper copy in the post for theirs. Great policy at a great price.

Insurance companies can make life difficult when changes have to be made-not Just Travel. Covid concerns caused my travel company to change dates to 2022 and I had already purchased insurance. Just Travel were very efficient and understanding and changes were made quickly with the help of a small refund towards costs. I will definitely use this company again.

I found dealing with you very easy. The lady that dealt with my inquiry, spoke clearly and I could understanding everything she was saying. Which was a big bonus to me, as I am a bit deaf. So this went a long way in deciding to continue, and purchase good value policy.
