I had put Spain as our destination. we actually going to Tenerife & hadn't realised that that was listed separately. Spoke to a lovely person on 'chat', they changed my policy & emailed within minutes. Fab service Oh, and the price is good too :)

I found booking the insurance to suit my needs easy and clear. The agent was polite and patient in listening to my medical history and explaining the cover. It is my second time using Just Travel.

I purchased travel insurance on line through Just Travel. it was a very straightforward process, and I was pleased with the price and the product.

Applied on line initially and saved the quote until I had confirmed my a holiday booking. My husband has various health issues and I find that the medical questionnaire is very easy to complete. Once again the cost is very reasonable, I will definitely use again and have recommended to various friend. Just a shame we can't get annual insurance.

Amy at Just Travel was very helpful in arranging our travel insurance to Jersey. I was advised Just Travel by the travel agent who we booked the holiday with. Amy was efficient and courteous throughout.

I bought an annual travel policy and following receipt I read the small print and realised that at 75 I was not covered, although the website said no age limit. The clarity of information needs to be upgraded as it is miskeading Sadly I had to cancel and ask for a refund.

Very helpful lady gave me several options and a very good price. My brother in law has used them and 80yrs old many companies won’t insure you.
