Easy to complete online and details were easy to read

I had difficulty with web site crashing. When I finally checked my policy it had the wrong dates. I telephoned to complain and was told the quoted price I paid was correct for the dates on policy. I was then told that to amend the dates I had to pay another £7.76. Not happy about this but had no choice. Be careful of the online quoted price.

As a 70year old I was looking for travel insurance to suit my needs. The service rep was very courteous, helpful and knowledgable. She was able to find my ailment and then tailor an insurance premium to suit my needs very swiftly. I would certainly use this company again without hesitation.

Excellent customer service when taking out travel insurance. Option to cover only what customer felt was necessary not a "Pushed on you package" like some insurers. Have used your company many times for travel insurance. I have usually done this over the phone. On this occasion went online and found it easy to get a quote but could not find how to buy the insurance online, the only option I had was to save quote. I ended up having to phone to finalise the buy and I found somewhat frustrating. (Not with the lady dealing with the service but that I couldn't finalise online..

Taking out the travel insurance was easy, did have a chat on line, that was informative. Just hope if we need to make a claim it will be as straight forward. Proof is in the pudding as they say. A very competitive price from some quotes from the big players. When you get to nearly 80 even when fit, insurance can be nearly as much as the holiday. If all is well I will take out another one in September multi trips are not always available for older people.
