easy process and excellent value for money

I attempted to obtain a quote online and ended up in a right mess. I'm very old school and prefer to speak to a human being! I rang and spoke to a very helpful and patient young lady who dealt with my travel insurance requirements very efficiently. I can definitely recommend Just Travel.

Did a good job on insurance, fairly quick to answer phone when i needed to modify pre existing meds . Downside is i am still waiting for hard copy documents i requested to arrive in post which i was told had been dispatched 2weeks ago.

my experience was great i as w little Apprehensive because of covid and so many changes to insurance travel but i was reassured something that i didn’t understand was explained to me all and all the experience was good

Used before as been pleased with the results so was happy to use again. Unfortunately the process of trying to add my many health conditions wasn't as easy as experienced previously. Maybe I have too many and the system couldn't cope (lol) as 9 times the form I used on my ipad and android smartphone crashed part way thru adding them. It only saved the 1st page not all my conditions so had to start over. It made applying extremely frustrating. I was going to call them to apply direct when on the 10th attempt it accepted all my conditions. Phew! Thankfully my experience vastly improved when loads of travel insurance companies appeared to choose from. Even better, a few had enhanced Covid cover for reasonable prices. Would've given them 5 stars had I not had a nightmare applying. A tip: Look for discount codes online which help towards the overall cost. Plus call direct if you gave issues as the final result is worthwhile.
