I bought annual multi-trip insurance through JustTravelCover who obtained my cover from AIG. Cover started 1st day of my holiday. I caught Covid-19 a few days before travelling, cancelled my flight to obtain proof of cancellation from airline Jet2. AIG declined my claim because I cancelled when I received a positive PCR test result (7 days before departure). I think this is what any traveller would have done but JustTravelCover took AIG's side - supporting their declining my claim. update: The UK Financial Ombudsman considered this case and the supported AIG's claim rejection. My advice remains: don't buy travel insurance from JustTravelCover - especially if the cover is to be provided by AIG!

Quick and easy to use website with straightforward detail of the policy. Annual cover is great value.

As a returning customer I knew that I would receive good service based on past experience. On this occasion I encountered some problems completing my details online but was able to rectify this by phone. It took me some time (and two attempts) to reach you by phone. That said, I am happy with the outcome.

I was unsure whether we would be able to get travel insurance easily as both my husband and I have complex medical issues. I need not have worried as Just Travel made it effortless.

Very easy and quick route through the questions. Was unsure about a medical question and spoke to a very pleasant lady on the telephone who answered our issue quickly and put our mind at ease. Sorry but wrong time to request a review when I have not really used your services. Only if and when I need to make a claim, I would be able to tell you and others, objectively, what I think of your company . Mostly, insurance companies are happy to take money from customers but run miles if they have to pay out ! Correct ?

As always, straight forward experience booking for a quick trip. Unfortunately, every time I apply for insurance, it like everything else as gone sky-high price wise

I would recommend Just Trade for insurance cover have used them for the last ten years During the period have found them very customer friendly and offer sound advise

unhappy about having to phone (and waiting and giving details again) to pay after choosing quote online etc. I think this also happened last November. The message wasn't obviously placed so I tried to pay after entering card details twice - makes me a bit nervous. What should have been max 5 mins wasn't.

Wanted holiday insurance went on your easy to use site, put in details and was given choice of covers. Couldn't have been easier. Decided what I wanted paib and got my cover. An easy straight forward transaction. Thankyou.
