Done this travel insurance on line was quite easy to do never had any problems and good price

Excellent service gave me lots of options, l would definitely use them again and l would recommend them.

Didn't have call returned when we needed additional price for increased cancellation cover. £600+for increase of £5kpp) we accepted that additional policy so decided to take up the cover. We rang to pay and the price went up significantly despite previous info being submitted to them. (initial quote just over 2k - went up to just over £2,500) I had to cancel luggage cover to reduce cost by £200+ Then incorrect spelling of name when policies issued so had to contact again and reprint all docs again. Price was still slightly cheaper then leading competitor so took it out. Hope we don't have to claim!

I tried to do it online but I'm not very good ( getting old!) I managed to get the quote saved and phoned to say it wouldn't let me pay. A few minutes later, all done and paid for. I've tried them all over the years. Never found one cheaper, some double the price because of my diabetes, all those year's I paid so much. I just stay with just travel now.

I was put in touch with this company by BABA . I explained to the lady I spoke with what I required, and she went through 3 options of which I chose one which suited my requirements. The whole thing was done in a few minutes with no problems. All in all a very good service.
