unhappy about having to phone (and…

unhappy about having to phone (and waiting and giving details again) to pay after choosing quote online etc. I think this also happened last November. The message wasn't obviously placed so I tried to pay after entering card details twice - makes me a bit nervous. What should have been max 5 mins wasn't.
