Very helpful staff, they explain fully although there is a lot of information to take in on the phone call, fortunately I have had several policy’s so I feel by now I feel confident in renewing ,each time I need one.

I had an additional health issue to add to the list from my previous insurance, so the website said I needed to speak to someone. I ended up speaking to a very helpful young lady and she was able to assist and get me exactly the cover that I needed. I was also impressed with the overall price, considering the extra health issue. I have used JustTravel for the last 5 holidays and will definitely be using them in the future.

A good company to use for the over 70’s with medical conditions. I have used them previously but found that they frequently recorded my answers to their medical questions wrongly. So despite their competitive prices I switched to another company for a while. I decided to try them again and this time not a single error and a cheaper price than than the other company. I shall be back.

We have been refused insurance by other Insurance Brokers in the past (admittedly for other holidays), but Just Travel Cover were very friendly and courteous, and provided an excellent insurance at a very competitive price. Good value insurance for cruise trip. Easy to get cover, with policy documents emailed immediately. I didn’t have to claim or contact anyone so can’t comment on the service or claims process.

After getting let down by Passport Office, trying to renew my Passport, within the 10 weeks they stated for my Passport to arrive, which it did not, I had to Reschedule my holiday to Sept 2022, instead of the planned on of May 2022, I contacted Just Travel and explained my Situation, and Kim who i spoke to was Excellent in amending my holiday coverage from May to September, it was a Pleasure dealing with her...!!
