The location was in Suburbs and we waited an hour for the manager to finally serve us. I ordered a car with sat nav and was assured of this when booking only to find they didn’t have a car with sat nav. After searching another 35 mins he came up with a device that stuck to windscreen with suction cup which fell off half way to Adelaide Hills. The manager took no responsibility for this when I asked him to deliver another saying I would have to drive back to their depot to get a new device. I would never, never recommend this organisation as their cars are clapped out and customer service is non existent. Beware. My holiday was ruined by this incompetent manager and company.
