The car is making noises, not changing gears properly. 4 phone calls over 8 hours it has taken to get someone to come and look at it. After 3 promised return calls that never took place we are now waiting for a mechanic - we need to be on the way to Brisbane International early in the morning and are currently in Hervey Bay. The service is not very good at all and will not recommend to anyone. If it had broken down on the road it would have left us sitting on the side of the road for 6-8 hours in the sun.

Customer service was the best I've ever experienced, everyone is so friendly and can't do enough for you. Especially Joseph, James & Jesse.

Great staff, after an initial hiccup with the airport pickup, they got us to jump in a taxi and refunded the taxi fare. Plain sailing after that. The car was clean, although like most car rentals they don't clean the inside of the windscreen, which only becomes apparent when it steams up or at night.

In this day and age, unfortunately, the mighty dollar is driving our decisions on all things, including Car Hire! When visiting relos interstate on holidays recently, we sought a medium size rental, and with Jucy, found a very economical form of safe and roadworthy travel. Whilst not being a brand-new model with all the whistles and bells, we were quite satisfied with its performance and in particular, cost! Almost half the price of some of the other big name brands. The courtesy coach was very accessible and on time both arriving and departing Tullamarine. Great fun driver also. Thanks folks - would use you again if in the area. Cheers F & R

That was our second time dealing with Jucy, and I was again very much satisfied with the result. As soon as the office opened (the flight arrived an hour earlier), we called there and soon got a shuttle van which brought us to the office. We got a nice car, which we drove around for 9 days without any issues. Then we returned the car back to the office and were transferred to the airport. Everything went very smoothly. Everybody was friendly and helpful. Thanks!

Good economical price for a car. Car was old but started instantly and did the job perfectly. Certainly worth the older car for the lower premium. Very happy with the deal.

We like that the pricing was a little bit better than the other competitors, but the condition of the car we rent (Suzuki Swift) didn't meet our expectations... it's a relatively old car, had done over 230,000km and it also had missed its annual service (2 months overdue, we saw it on the windscreen sticker) so not sure if it's the safest to drive. It's got scratches all over, so we had to be very careful keeping a proof that we didn't create any new ones.
