GivEnergy Battery added to existing solar system. I chose JPS energy to install a GivEnergy All in One Battery and Gateway to add to my exisiting solar panel system. I had contacted a few companies, but JPS were the only one that got back to me straight away and talked me through the options available rather than just giving a quote. The service I received from JPS was very professional thoughtout, from the initial enquiry, through to the site survey and installation. The engineers that installed the battery and gateway were very professional and did a neat and tidy install of both devices. The whole installation process took less than a day. Once the system was commisioned the engineer took the time to talk me through the system and answer any questions I had. From my experience I would definitely recommend JPS.
Initially unreliable and amateurish
Having waited months for an installation, paid a deposit (in which time the market price of the equipment had dropped by 20%) JPS Energy cancelled the installation appointment at the close of business the previous evening and delayed for another month. Of course no acceptable explanation was given and the office was closed as soon as the email was sent, so none could be sought. This company charge top market rate but provide ghetto service. In hindsight it would have saved me time, money (literally thousands) and effort to have used someone else. Edit: Once the issue was raised, JPS took steps to find and rebook a more acceptable date for the install and made a financial discount gesture to help compensate for the delay and late change. I am satisfied with a fair customer service response.

Highly recommended
JPS gave us helpful advice before we bought and clear details of the installation they suggested. They arrived on time to install and cleared up afterwards. They have provided all the certificates and details of the installation that we might need in future, and are available to offer help afterwards if needed.

Absolutely flawless service and installation, cannot recommend JPS highly enough, a close friend of mine had the same experience. Totally professional, communicative and reliable. If you want an installation without headaches, this is the way to go!!!

Our full first year with solar panels . . . .
This is the end of our first year with our Solar Panels. We had 18 Solar Panels installed, with a Tesla Battery. We are so pleased that we invested in the Panels & battery, absolutely worth every penny. We are very happy that we chose JPS Renewable Energy to install them for us, they were brilliant from start to finish. From the office staff to our Surveyor and the Installation team, we had a brilliant experience from start to finish. We would 100% recommend JPS Renewable Energy to anyone looking to invest in Solar Panels.
