Initially unreliable and amateurish
Having waited months for an installation, paid a deposit (in which time the market price of the equipment had dropped by 20%) JPS Energy cancelled the installation appointment at the close of business the previous evening and delayed for another month. Of course no acceptable explanation was given and the office was closed as soon as the email was sent, so none could be sought. This company charge top market rate but provide ghetto service. In hindsight it would have saved me time, money (literally thousands) and effort to have used someone else. Edit: Once the issue was raised, JPS took steps to find and rebook a more acceptable date for the install and made a financial discount gesture to help compensate for the delay and late change. I am satisfied with a fair customer service response.
