Very poor customer service
Very poor customer service. I applied for the solar input savings tariff and to be told that I would have to pay the standard tariff for 10 weeks to cover the transfer. I stated this was more than I could afford but they assured me that I would benefit from the savings from the day I applied. I am at 16 weeks and not heard about the transfer to the cheaper tariff, no communication at all other than they are increasing my direct debit! I had already explained I couldn’t afford the tarriff and that I had solar panels installed to reduce my costs of electricity, not increase them! I would not recommend very disappointing.
