GivEnergy Battery added to existing solar system. I chose JPS energy to install a GivEnergy All in One Battery and Gateway to add to my exisiting solar panel system. I had contacted a few companies, but JPS were the only one that got back to me straight away and talked me through the options available rather than just giving a quote. The service I received from JPS was very professional thoughtout, from the initial enquiry, through to the site survey and installation. The engineers that installed the battery and gateway were very professional and did a neat and tidy install of both devices. The whole installation process took less than a day. Once the system was commisioned the engineer took the time to talk me through the system and answer any questions I had. From my experience I would definitely recommend JPS.
Initially unreliable and amateurish
Having waited months for an installation, paid a deposit (in which time the market price of the equipment had dropped by 20%) JPS Energy cancelled the installation appointment at the close of business the previous evening and delayed for another month. Of course no acceptable explanation was given and the office was closed as soon as the email was sent, so none could be sought. This company charge top market rate but provide ghetto service. In hindsight it would have saved me time, money (literally thousands) and effort to have used someone else. Edit: Once the issue was raised, JPS took steps to find and rebook a more acceptable date for the install and made a financial discount gesture to help compensate for the delay and late change. I am satisfied with a fair customer service response.

Great Service
Great Service - Well informed, good planning and offered many options. Set up was quick and tidy. They spent time to discuss options and gave us flexibility. Product was a Tesla powerwall integrated with an existing PV array. works great, really impressed.

An extremely professional company with outstanding customer service
I had great advice at the outset. JPS dealt with all the necessary paperwork and maintained a dialogue right up to the planned installation. Everything ran like clockwork with an essential site visit to check cabling requirements which allowed ground works to be completed before we went ahead. On the installation days the whole team were extremely professional and carried out the installation leaving our property without any signs of their visit apart from an extremely tidy installation of the battery and gateway. Following installation I had a minor glitch which was immediately sorted with helpful advice. Most importantly the telephone is always answered as are emails. This company certainly deserves their Which trusted Trader status. I would have had hesitation in recommending them to friends and family already.
