GivEnergy Battery added to existing solar system. I chose JPS energy to install a GivEnergy All in One Battery and Gateway to add to my exisiting solar panel system. I had contacted a few companies, but JPS were the only one that got back to me straight away and talked me through the options available rather than just giving a quote. The service I received from JPS was very professional thoughtout, from the initial enquiry, through to the site survey and installation. The engineers that installed the battery and gateway were very professional and did a neat and tidy install of both devices. The whole installation process took less than a day. Once the system was commisioned the engineer took the time to talk me through the system and answer any questions I had. From my experience I would definitely recommend JPS.
Initially unreliable and amateurish
Having waited months for an installation, paid a deposit (in which time the market price of the equipment had dropped by 20%) JPS Energy cancelled the installation appointment at the close of business the previous evening and delayed for another month. Of course no acceptable explanation was given and the office was closed as soon as the email was sent, so none could be sought. This company charge top market rate but provide ghetto service. In hindsight it would have saved me time, money (literally thousands) and effort to have used someone else. Edit: Once the issue was raised, JPS took steps to find and rebook a more acceptable date for the install and made a financial discount gesture to help compensate for the delay and late change. I am satisfied with a fair customer service response.

Great company, highly recommend
From the design phase through to installation and commissioning everyone at JPS was friendly, knowledgeable and really helpful. There are lots of things to consider and get right with a solar project and having this kind of customer service was awesome

JPS have been excellent in every way…
JPS have been excellent in every way since they installed my extensive solar installation in 2023. I have now had an extra PowerWall installed. The guys are all knowledgeable, polite and considerate. I have no problem recommending JPS without any reservations. The after sales care is of the highest quality..

Solar Panels & Battery Installation
An excellent experience. Company carried out everything they said they would efficiently and was careful and clean when inside the house. Staff were very pleasant and willing to explain any queries. Communication from their administration was 100% and I could not fault them. Installation installed in the time period promised and am pleased with the result! I only wish this experience could be repeated across other companies as it was so good! I can thoroughly recommend this company for this type of work!

Wouldn’t go anywhere else for solar installations
I’ve always known JPS to be a brilliant company, but this is the first time I’ve used them in my own home. Their quotation came in a little less than another local company, and more than another company - but I trusted their explanation, staff and general professionalism. The installation was done in less than 2 days, and the powerwall looks so neat and professional. The solar panels are also extremely neat and tidy, nothing was damaged the staff exercised extreme care throughout. They explained everything to me afterwards very well. I honestly can’t fault this company in any way. I’d recommend them (and have) to many people.
