Okay, after 3 1/2 weeks, I am really loving Fridays!! Everyone I've dealt with has been pleasant and helpful. I've seen a "Journey Coach" and a "Nutrition Coach" as well as the prescriber twice so far. Meds arrived early. All supplies included. This has been nothing but a wonderful experience so far!

He usado Fridays por un mes, y he bajado 13 libras, facil para solicitar la medicacion y facil de obtener ayuda.

Friday's is amazing!!! I've tried so many different providers and had numerous, never-ending issues. The team at Friday's has always been responsive, professional, top-notch in providing GLP-1 medication, customer service and affordable prices that never fluctuate. The other providers say they'll require lab work, but never request it. Friday's requested labs after 3 months, which I provided, because of their responsibility to your health and well-being. Not to just make a buck. I will NEVER switch providers, Friday's has a loyal customer in me!

I’ve been using Fridays for a year now, every doctors visit has always been smooth. They respond quickly and help me resolve any issue I might run into easily. There’s never been any hassle. It’s changed my life for the better and I’m always grateful I chose Fridays when I decided to start my GLP1 journey! Thank you Fridays!

Kristina Ritter did a great job, listening to my concerns and recommending the best medication for my current needs. She was very friendly, happy, and positive. I appreciated her listening ear.

Solo llevo una semana y hasta el momento me encanta esta empresa, son muy profesionales y responsables, Es bueno uno poder contar con una compañía que genere total confianza. GRACIAS FRIDAY.

joinfridays.com offers people like me an opportunity to get their life back. I suffered a traumatic injury, couldn't walk, gained a lot, couldn't exercise, without this help, I don't know where I'd be. I'm much healthier, my cholesterol is down, Triglycerides down, A1c, perfect and I'm now feeling better doing physical therapy. There's free sessions for learning nutrition and support is available whenever you need it. It's just great.

Nikita was invaluable and kind. She listened and allowed me to speak freely while she looked up some things for me. She made sure to address my concerns and gave me suggestions.

I was with Fridays to begin with. Left to go to another provider which was cheaper. Let me tell you, the grass isn’t always greener on the other side!!! Unfortunately I ordered 3 mo with a new provider it could Not Wait to move back to Fridays! At Fridays they care, they respect and they will answer any questions or concerns you may have in a timely manner. I hope to have Fridays in my life for a very long time!

So far it has been very easy and fast working with Friday's Health. From when I signed up, to scheduling an appointment with a doctor, to getting the product in the mail, was less than 1.5 weeks. It helped that I already had blood work completed, but I know they were willing to assist with that if needed. Pricing is very reasonable. Good experience so far.

Friday's customer service is superb. I do not think I can take this journey without the support they offer. I was initially apprehensive, but I am so glad that are started this journey with this company.

Meds arrive on time. Professional providers and excellent dietitians and coaches!

I have enjoyed the coaching the most! They are there for your entire weight loss process!

I’ve been happy with the pricing and customer service. The doses have been adjusted according to my feedback and they are very responsive.

La persona que me atendió es amable y se tomó el tiempo de contestar mis dudas .. estoy satisfecha con el trato al cliente

This is the second company I've used for Semaglutide and I think at it's core, that's all it does medically for you. I've booked appointments with doctors just for them to not show up and mark the appointment as complete. Each time I had real concerns to bring up, looking for medical guidance on my journey. The refill process is relatively easy, the doctors just don't bother to take your feedback form into account. For a new semaglutide user that wasn't to fully understand what/how/when, I would suggest you start somewhere else. If you have a good idea of what you're doing or going to do, you could get away with this. I hope they start thinking about the consumer experience more.

I was shorted on my Tarazepide prescription, 1st I used the online message tool that they have on their site, and the person responding would never answer my question has how to resolve told me form now on prefill my syringes when I receive my prescription order. Not doing that I travel a lot which i told her she repeatedly kept telling me the same thing going in circles, 2nd attempt I called customer help number. ending up sending in pictures via email and still waiting for an answer. I was shorter about 18 units to complete the last dose not like it was just shy of a full dose. This is no different than being scammed I want this resolved. I gave the 2 stars because there are some good qualities to Fridays as a whole. but the bottom line is I pay for a full prescription no one can afford to cheated on their medicine.

Me inscribí con ustedes y cuando recibí mi medicamento el frasco venía vacío y les llamo y solo me dicen k alguien me llamara, desde julio 4 no he recibido asistencia, ya me tocaba el segundo mes y para eso si son muy puntuales.

Love the medicine and fast process to received. Also seen the results in my body pretty quickly , no side effects . I recommend this service to anyone that complement me in my weight loss journey.
