I’ve been using Fridays for almost 3 months and am loving it. Every thing is so easy and stress free. They have multiple amenities included inside your subscription to help you on your journey. They are so many nice people always there to help.

Excellent response time for medication delivery and emails regarding medication and insurance issues. Also, there are a variety of online discussion groups on GLP 1 medications, nutrition, and exercise that are helpful

I’ve been mostly satisfied with Friday’s overall. Their pricing is fairly solid and the online portal is easy to use. I have noticed that customer service can sometimes be a hot or miss. There have been a few times where my questions weren’t clearly understood which led to some back and forth and extra follow up on my part. That said, once the issues were clarified, they were generally resolved. Great experience so far.

Medication works great. Down 30lbs. Customer Service and Nursing staff is great. Very attentive and quick to respond. Referred a friend and got an immediate referral credit- what a fun and perfect gift! Very happy with my whole experience!

I'm going on 3mo with tirzepatide. I'm down 40lbs. Best decision I could have made. Website is easy to navigate. Everything you need to know is on your profile. They accepted my labs that I had done 1 month prior to starting with Fridays. I even needed to suspend my subscription for a few week. Customer service was very helpful. I recommend them to friends that are considering using this medication.

Very kind and compassionate providers. It’s very nice being connected with MDs and dietitians easily through the portal. Access to sesh is also a welcome surprise.

I very much love the support and professionalism. Customer Reps are very polite and genuinely care about handling any concerns. Providers also are genuine in the care they provide and are very informative.

I have been with Fridays for almost 3 months and it has been a breeze. I receive my medication within days after requesting my medication from day one. I have lost 19lbs, which is crazy considering I tried everything to lose weight and it never budged. I think the price isn’t terrible at all seeing as how other places charged a lot more. I love that it’s one price at Fridays for medication on all doses and provider visits as well as being able to talk to a dietician whenever.

Fridays is good. i wish there were more ways to get connected with the fridays community. but the providers are decent and they do explain and provide information about the medication. i’ve been using it for the past 4 months - one month with no medication. i’ve lost some pounds but not enough for it to be a physical apparent.

Easy and quick everything is online and pretty straightforward.

The company has a fairly easy app to navigate. All clinicians I have had the pleasure of speaking with are very helpful and always on time for appointments. And while this is only my second month on the program with Friday's, there have been no secret or surprise costs thus far!

The Fridays team has been amazing! They are always super helpful, efficient, and supportive in their communication. Not to mention, their site is super user friendly and all the different realms of support you need for your GLP-1 journey is included with your monthly subscription.
