Customer service is top tier. I was unsure about switching telehealth companies for the convenience and comfort, but I went with my gut and chose FRIDAYS because of the website’s ease of use and how legit it was. Reviewers also gave it amazing reviews, both on YouTube and trust pilot. The turn around time from when order was placed to when i will receive it was very quick and accurate. So far I’m impressed!!

Fridays has been amazing. Love the support my dietitian and providers . Fridays is so much more than just a telehealth company they are a full support for there patients . The medicine I received is the best . It has helped my PCOS and weight. Support is super amazing and always respectful fast response. Dietitian is so educated and always able to reach her . My provider is just a click away to make a video call as needed and monthy . And the price well for all this you can not find it anywhere else .

Fast and efficient services! Signed up Friday, had my consultation on Saturday and had my medication by Tuesday. I'm super impressed so far and enjoy seeing my progress. They also offer additional support that is included in the monthly payment. You can attend different classes and coaching for workouts, meal/diet planning and community. They have 1, 3, 6 and 12 month programs tailored to you. The longer your plan, the more you save. AND your medication is custom to your needs. Fridays is one of a kind.

I'm in my 3rd month with Fridays. So far so good. One hiccup that delayed my meds. Was corrected. Not as fast as I would have liked but was corrected. All MD and chats with employees have been great and customer service is great!

Medication usually arrives pretty timely. Communication is satisfactory. The biggest downfall of using this company is that they charge you monthly. There are companies out there that will only charge you when you receive a refill. I do regret not realizing this before I signed up.

My experience with Fridays has been good so far. I received my first medication a couple of weeks ago and I have been having a good support from them until now. They answered all my questions, addressed all my concerns, and I loved the nutrition support they offer. Looking forward to receiving my second dose to see how it’ll work.
