I was shorted on my Tarazepide…
I was shorted on my Tarazepide prescription, 1st I used the online message tool that they have on their site, and the person responding would never answer my question has how to resolve told me form now on prefill my syringes when I receive my prescription order. Not doing that I travel a lot which i told her she repeatedly kept telling me the same thing going in circles, 2nd attempt I called customer help number. ending up sending in pictures via email and still waiting for an answer. I was shorter about 18 units to complete the last dose not like it was just shy of a full dose. This is no different than being scammed I want this resolved. I gave the 2 stars because there are some good qualities to Fridays as a whole. but the bottom line is I pay for a full prescription no one can afford to cheated on their medicine.
