Excellent service, they are super fast, and very kind
I hear back from customer service right away when there are questions. The process was very organized and the website has so many amazing resources. Appreciate this company and the importance they put in making sure customers can be successful if they want to be.
I am a slow loser due to age and thyroid issues but have found patience and understanding and help at Fridays. I love my one on one with doctors as they listen and explain so well. The nutrition consult was informative and coaching sessions have kept me on track. So far very happy with experience and my meds come super fast on time and packaged well!!!!
I have been pleased with Fridays Health over the last year! Great customer service and I love my provider! She has always been very helpful in our telehealth appointments!
I've been a Fridays customer since May 2024, and I've had zero negative issues so far. When I've had questions and reached out to customer service via chat, I've gotten responses fairly quickly (typically within an hour), and they've always been pleasant. I've met with several providers and sought assistance from a registered dietician through Fridays, and everyone has always been helpful. My medication has always arrived on time (2-3 business days). The only reason I'd leave Fridays is if they no longer provide a service or medication I need, or if the cost goes up significantly.
Everyone I’ve communicated with has been incredibly patient and helpful. Their website is very user friendly, ordering is very simple to do and my medications have always arrived in a timely manner.
Es la mejor elección para nuestros medicamentos de pérdida de peso gracias infinitas sin duda alguna los volvería a elegir
El mejor tratamiento que pude comprar, he bajado 40 libras en 5 meses, lo que nunca pude lograr en años. Gracias Friday’s. Lo recomiendo totalmente. Vale la pena cada peso.
Ive used other Companies to get my GLP1 and this by far has been the simplest and fastest service. Signed up Friday, Did Dr intake Saturday, had my medication delivered Wednesday.
Estoy en mi proceso de pérdida de peso durante los últimos dos meses y estoy muy contenta y satisfecha Fridays es la mejor tele medicina
I've been with Fridays since February 2025 and I am Tirzepatide girlie 7.5. and I am 16 lb to the 100s finally. Friday's has so many resources to help you meet your goals by helping you prioritize protein and water that's what's going to make your scale move.
Buena comunicación Excelente atención por teléfono Personas amables
So far Fridays has been easy to work with and transparent w cost and what is to be expected . No hidden fees and quick shipping .
Zero out of 5 stars. Signing up was easy. Received initial prescription - didn’t realize until after my second dose that the bottle was going to be very short. Third dose was only 10 units. Tried contacting customer support via email via chat always somebody different got back to me and it was never an actual person. It was what I assumed to be a computer generated response and when I finally did get someone to clarify the refill process, I spoke with a provider on the phone directly and she said in the system my prescription refill had processed. I waited two or three weeks to no avail. Or any update on my refill status. Eventually, I canceled my subscription with them after being billed $228 and receiving no medication and being shorted the first month’s medication as it was what a damn joke I’m only doing this review because they sent me an email asking me to do it. I should have gone to my bank immediately and contested the charge when I was getting a bunch of bullshit answers.
I have not started my medication yet but I can say every interaction I’ve had with the team at Fridays has been great! My appointment with the provider was more in depth than I anticipated which I greatly appreciated. She asked questions that made me feel like she wasn’t just going to blindly prescribe me a medication without knowing my history. I am looking forward to starting my medication.
Horrible communication. Takes forever to get your meds. Takes forever for them to respond to messages. Over priced. Don't do it
Amazing service and it actually works I lost 20 lbs in 3 months!
Such a great experience so far! I’m on month 4, shipping has been quick, and the support has been amazing! I love that I am able to meet with a provider, dietician and health coach to help me along on my journey!
I started my tirzepitide journey with Fridays 2 months ago. It has been very easy to make appointments, get meds, and speak to customer service. So far so good! 25 lbs down since early June.
Fridays has made my weightloss journey so pleasant, I have support from every single member. Delivery was amazing !
Great customer service. Meds always arrive on time.
