Zero out of 5 stars. Signing up was easy. Received initial prescription - didn’t realize until after my second dose that the bottle was going to be very short. Third dose was only 10 units. Tried contacting customer support via email via chat always somebody different got back to me and it was never an actual person. It was what I assumed to be a computer generated response and when I finally did get someone to clarify the refill process, I spoke with a provider on the phone directly and she said in the system my prescription refill had processed. I waited two or three weeks to no avail. Or any update on my refill status. Eventually, I canceled my subscription with them after being billed $228 and receiving no medication and being shorted the first month’s medication as it was what a damn joke I’m only doing this review because they sent me an email asking me to do it. I should have gone to my bank immediately and contested the charge when I was getting a bunch of bullshit answers.
